Practical Methodology for Trader Development
InstradeV’s PROCESS
Training program development begins with a consultation about the client’s unique challenges, timetable, and goals. From that starting point Instradev will customize the content, depth of exploration of the material, and market & product-specific examples to ensure that the training program is targeting all of the client’s developmental requirements.
CORE CONCEPts
The client’s needs will shape the scope of the training program and determine the topics and coverage of the material. Instradev’s core approach to trader development is derived from the textbook Trader Construction Kit, and some of the most commonly requested training topics include:
Understanding how a market operates and how the commercial needs of the participants drive transactional behavior.
Developing a methodology for distilling information into an actionable perspective on the future pf price.
The critical need to identify and quantify the probable risks and potential rewards present in the market.
Using directional, spread, and option strategies to express a view of the market.
The need and process for continual evolution as a professional trader.
